Our Mission
To empower transgender individuals through skill development and sustainable livelihood opportunities, promote social acceptance and reduce stigma through community awareness, and facilitate their integration into mainstream society with equal opportunities.
Structure of Functioning
Integrated support programme providing awareness, skill training, livelihood assistance, and housing support with community sensitization and integration initiatives.
Aims & Objectives
To empower transgender individuals with skills and livelihood; reduce social stigma through community awareness; facilitate integration into mainstream society; and ensure safe and dignified living conditions for transgender families.

Trainings
- Community sensitization programs to reduce social stigma
- Seminars in schools and colleges
- Interaction sessions with the target group
- Celebrating special events with transgender individuals
- Higher educational support (5 students per year)
Village Level Activities
- Tailoring and fashion designing training
- Handicrafts and small-scale production
- Basic computer and digital literacy programs
- Livelihood support (10 beneficiaries - goat rearing, cattle rearing, poultry)
- Micro-enterprise startup support
- Housing support programme (1 family per year)
